The piano left
The keys jingle on his chest as he walks in
Goes two the counter top
First and checks the bottom
Of the lid second
Yep. Got his name.
Shakes the weight of the ice
18 grams of cough with the
SquareSpace fee.
Then walk around and grrr
Abs stay flexed but walks
To the seventh Arrington
And goes to the Other ooooh!
Mmmmm.
Sounds top.
Jingle. Jingle.
She is sitting near the window and he sits to her
Left.
To his Left is the Piano.
For four be fore
But now Jews one.
So he then turns to his right and smiles. Well, actually, what happened was she said “oh, that drink looks nice!” It was very nice that she initiated warmly. Plenty of times nowadays everyone is too anxious or caught up in their own world that they ignore everyone and everything around them.
“Hi!” He smiles.
The piano tune slowly fades away equally. The boys in the background playing and laughing slowly become quite. They heard his voice. They knew it was time to listen in.
“So, I used to order lattes,” he starts. “But they have a lotta milk. You know, not cow’s milk, that ish is for da birds.”
She laughs. He keeps going.
“So now I kind A just order the cortado for a bit less milk. So what are you up to?”
Her eyes warm up. “I’m spending time with Jesus.”
“Well, that’s kind of gay,” he interjects.
Just kidding. He did not say that. He did not think that. Most likely. Who knows?
Anyway, continuing on. What actually happened was he tried to hide a frown. He turned to the piano at the left and held in a big one (laugh).
So he writes, she sits. He starts swatting flies that he sees but he doesn’t hurt a fly.
She gets up. He says, “have a nice day!” It was the day after National Cannabis Day 2025. She was just smoking the nonsense. The beautiful thing is that she sat with a cup of water in hand. No coffee, no tea, no food. Just water. She looked at him and talked about Jesus then got up. Did she know? Who knows. Continuing on…
She is from the mountains of Caucasity. Then a woman from the country of Buddha makes a move. Initially she was in the Main Room. Her left eye was watching his right. Then boom she spins to the left and walks over to the Otherroom.
Eye contact is initiated. “Is it ok if I sit here?”
“Of course!” He exclaims.
She sits, he smiles. He can breathe in a real breath. He knows she’s not into spaghetti and monsters. Guess what her first words were.
“I want to sit next to the light.”
You had to be there to believe it.
She does her thing. He does his thing. They both felt safe in each other’s presence in the other room with nothing other than a brief exchange of words and eye contact. The music being played now does not come
From the piano
The music is played
With the breath of fresh air
North of Bel Air
J’or Dan Sing
And jin
Gurgling the quart
Ado is all that is needed.
Peace. Love.
No words needed
Any ‘Mas.
So after a while, he finishes. She is still doing her thing reading on her computer. He gets up, walks to the left and stands and pivots to the right foot.
“Have a good day!”
“You too.”
Door closes, scene ends.
